Thank you for confirming your appointment!
We look forward to serving you! Before your appointment, please read the following instructions to see how you can best prepare for your appointment:
24 Hours Before Your Appointment – Stop using your fireplace, wood stove, pellet stove, or gas units. For safety’s sake, we need to work with an appliance that is completely cool. The Day of Your Appointment – Remember to remove fragile or precious items from the area near the fireplace. We will need approximately 5-6 feet around the area to be clear so that we can get our equipment in place. Also we ask that you allow 60-90 minutes on the day of the appointment so that we may provide you with the best possible service.
The Day of Your Appointment – Stop using your clothes dryer. For safety’s sake, we need to work with an appliance and venting system that is completely cool. Please remove any items from the area surrounding the clothes dryer so that we can get our equipment in place. During the service we will visually inspect the system, sweep the duct from the wall to the termination, check to make sure the termination cover is clear (if present), and check that proper airflow is being achieved. Because dryer vents vary in length and complexity, the time it takes to complete the service can vary as well.
Please make sure that all areas around your air ducts are clear prior to the arrival of the technician. We want to devote more of our time towards working on the air ducts rather than clearing the workspaces. Prior to working, we will need to perform a thorough walk-through of the home to go over how each HVAC system will be cleaned and accessed.
Getting an estimate:
A qualified technician will arrive and evaluate the area or item to be estimated. Depending on the circumstances, we may need access to areas both inside and outside, in order to gather all the needed information for the estimate.
For addtional information on how to prepare, please review the Pre-Appointment Checklist.
See you soon!
